Preparing for Employment Workshop for Red Cross' Job Cafe Volunteers

To support Red Cross volunteers at their Job Café, Red Cross wanted to run a ‘Preparing for Employment Project’ which would utilise the knowledge and expertise of a small team of corporate volunteers to teach Red Cross volunteers from a non-HR background about common themes and issues occurring in employment. This would better equip the Job Cafe volunteers with the skills and knowledge to better perform their roles and address client needs more effectively.

Excel Training for City West Lotteries House staff

City West Lotteries House (CWLH) has a small team of three staff, two of which are part time receptionists. CWLH’s receptionists were using Excel at a basic level to calculate their end of month tenant charges and were keen to upskill staff so they could work more efficiently and consistently.
